WVDNR does not publish stocking dates in advance. Which waters were stocked is posted after the fact — by the end of each business day on the agency's stocking page, plus a weekly roundup post (for example "WVDNR stocks 46 waters during week of Jan. 5").

Stocking runs through the cold months into spring. Missed stockings from bad weather are made up with extra runs or added fish on the next scheduled visit.
What we left out on purpose
