No minimum size at Devils Lake. A 14-inch minimum applies only at three named waters elsewhere in the state (Buffalo Lake, Jamestown/Pipestem Reservoir, Lake Elsie) — Devils Lake is not one of them. Walleye may also legally be taken by dark house spear and bow south of US Highway 2 on the Devils Lake complex and on Stump Lake.
