Arkansas keeps the base licence cheap and charges separately for trout: 10 dollars for residents, 20 for visitors, on top of the licence.
How long your money lasts
The resident fisheries conservation licence expires on 30 June, whenever you bought it. The non-resident trip licences run for the hours they name — the three-day one is 72 hours, not three calendar days.
What we could not pin down
Rather than fill these in from somewhere else, they stay open until AGFC states them plainly.
- AGFC's page shows no seven-day non-resident licence; only the one-day and three-day trip licences are listed rather than assuming a middle option exists.
- The resident base licence appears as 'Resident Fisheries Conservation (FSH)' rather than under the older RF code; the current name and code are used here.
